Home Styling by David is a service of the ministry,
Beholding His Presence.

Beholding His Presence exists to inspire change through God’s truth and beauty. Within this ministry, David Brown uses his gifts and talents to create environments that prepare hearts for God’s presence.  A form of true worship, David decorates spaces that connect people with the heart of God.  

David has been decorating and home styling since the day his mother asked him to set the Thanksgiving table at age 12. He soon discovered adding a creative touch while decorating with existing objects can make a meaningful and creative statement. He was inspired by the positive reaction of family and friends and decided to make it a career. While attending the Art Institute of Dallas, David fell in love with design. After graduation, he became certified in Home Redesign while living in the San Francisco Bay area and began his business decorating homes, businesses, churches, and productions. David, and his wife Kendra, now live in Waconia, MN, continuing his business, which they see as a ministry.  "Most people I meet are tired and frustrated with their current home style. I enjoy taking my clients on a journey to see what amazing ways we can transform their house into that special home they've always wanted." "I never would have thought of that!" is a common phrase David hears when completing a project. The excitement from clients leaves David feeling satisfied, knowing they will enjoy their home and share it with family and friends.  

Additional Scope of Services:

David has experience creating environments for church services such as Christmas, Easter, and Fall Harvest.  He has designed and decorated for special events such as weddings, receptions, and meetings.  David also enjoys working with worship arts teams to provide vision and execution for musical productions.
